4. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and automatically converted to your local currency at checkout when possible. We accept payments through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, Trustly (via PayPal), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship physical goods to the UK and EU countries only.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.
Delivery timeframes and carriers are determined by Printful and vary depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders over £100.

6. Returns & Refunds

All physical products are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or accidental orders.

If your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@eloah.shop, including your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a refund or replacement if appropriate.

Digital products (ebooks, printables) are non-refundable once downloaded unless proven to be defective.
