PRODUCTS & PAYMENTS
What products are you selling and how are they made?
We are mainly selling physical products such as Clothes, Accessories and Homeware. We might as well sell Digital products such as printables and such in a near future.
All products are personally designed by our Designer - known by her artist name Eloah - and described as accurately as possible.
Our physical products are fulfilled by Printful (print-on-demand provider), they have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed, manufactured and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! The visual appearance and colour may vary slightly from what is displayed online on a digital screen.

Can I pay in my local currency?
We only ship to Europe. Prices are shown by defaut in £GBP / Pound sterling as we are based in the United Kingdom but you can switch to €EUR / Euro whenever needed. Just click on this button below, you can also find it at the footer of the website.
What payment methods are available at check out?
We accept payments through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship / deliver?
For digital items, they can be bought and downloaded from anywhere in the world.
For physical items, for now we only ship to European countries including:
- United Kingdom
- European Union = Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

- Monaco
- Norway
- Switzerland.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over £100 . For orders under £100, shipping costs will depend on your location and are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter a valid shipping address.
When will I get my order?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
To reduce waste, each item is made to order and takes 2–5 business days to produce.
Once completed, it is shipped via a carrier selected by Printful.
Delivery times vary by destination: 1–3 days with express shipping and 3–20 days with standard shipping.
For UK customers, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days in total.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company called Printful, with facilities worldwide! However, as we only ship to European countries for now, depending on the products availability and your location, your order should be shipped from either UK, Spain or Latvia. Back up Shipping: Printful uses a smart routing system to fulfill orders efficiently, considering factors like your shipping address, product availability, and facility capacity. While orders are typically fulfilled at the center closest to you, sometimes they may be routed to a different facility, like the USA, due to product availability or demand surges.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@eloah.shop including your order number and shipping address so we can do our best to assist you.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
1 / Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
2 / Ask your local post office if they have your package
3 / Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@eloah.shop with your order number and tracking number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What’s your return policy?
All physical products are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, size issues, or accidental orders.
If your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@eloah.shop, including your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a refund or replacement if approved/appropriate.
Digital products (such as printables) are non-refundable once downloaded unless proven to be defective.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only potentially offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@eloah.shop as soon as possible, within 14 days of receipt maximum. In your email, include your order number, photos and a description of the issue.
We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible and might provide a refund or replacement if approved/appropriate.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@eloah.shop as soon as possible, within 14 days of receipt maximum. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and, depending on your case, we might send you a new one or issue a refund.
